Subsidised staff training in Spain
Your company has a yearly credit to train its staff. We help you use it: we organise the courses and handle all the paperwork.

Your company’s training credit
Companies in Spain that pay vocational training contributions have a yearly credit to train their employees. The credit is recovered through a reduction in social security contributions, so training can cost the company very little or nothing.
Many companies never use it because they do not know it exists or because of the paperwork. We take care of that.
Training management services
- Credit calculation. We tell you how much credit your company has this year.
- Training plan. We suggest useful courses for your staff and your sector, including languages.
- FUNDAE paperwork. Start and end notifications, documents and control of the reduction.
- Payroll coordination. We apply the reduction together with your payroll.
Why Serveco
The reduction is applied to your social security contributions, so it works best when training and payroll are coordinated by the same team.
